Holiday retreat for a Wellington couple and their 3 children

This is the Waikanae House. It'southward a beautiful residence located in Waikanae, Kapiti Coast, New Zealand. The Waikanae House was a projection by Parsonson Architects and information technology was completed in 2010. The blueprint team that worked at this project was formed by Gerald Parsonson, Andrew Simpson with the help of structural engineer Spencer Holmes Ltd and the builder Stratum.

The squad managed to come upwards with a beautiful pattern. It'due south modern and intriguing, not to mention very functional. The Waikanae Firm sits in on a minor verdant bounding main side boondocks on the Kapiti Coast 45 minutes north of New Zealand'due south uppercase city Wellington in the former beach area. It's surrounded more often than not by vacation homes or 'baches' that were built in the early 1900s. It's definitely an interesting addition to the landscape.

The Waikanae House is also a holiday residence just with a very different design that the other ones in the area. The house is owner past a Wellington couple and their three children. It sits on a narrow plot, behind a high fore-dune towards the beach. The residence was designed every bit a 'dune hopper'. It has an open up plan living expanse situated on meridian of the bedrooms.
